Òù69

SMS Terms and Conditions

Òù69 (Òù69) uses SMS messages to communicate about application and enrollment deadlines, event reminders, scholarships, registration, emergency notifications and other information important to applicants, new students, current students, former students, alumni, and employees (collectively referred to as recipients). Consent to receive text messages is not a condition to buy any goods or services. Text message frequency and quantity may vary depending on your Òù69 status and associated actions. SMS/Text Messaging is also offered as a multi-factor authentication option for Òù69 systems.

Text messages will be received from a number of university-owned or operated phone numbers and will vary depending on the specific use case (campaign).

Text Opt In

Recipients opt-in to SMS messages by engaging with an application, service, website, or Òù69 employee and providing their phone number through online applications or offline interactions.

Text Messaging Costs

Message and data rates may apply. When you opt-in to receive SMS messages, you are responsible for any carrier fees such as data plan charges, text messaging charges, tolls, out-of-area roaming, and other charges. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Text Opt Out

Text STOP to the Òù69 number you received the SMS message from to stop receiving text messages from that campaign.

Text Privacy Policy

Your use of the SMS messaging service is governed by Òù69’s Privacy Policy. Òù69 will not ask you for, nor should you provide, personally identifiable information, passwords, or any other confidential or sensitive information in SMS messages.
